I have the freedom and the right of editing my terms at anytime.

I only draw and work at my own style, not copying other people.

The deadlines for the completion of the art will be discussed with the client.

I will send updates about the artpiece regularly over time, but the client can always ask how is the progress of it is going on.

The artpiece will be completly digital, delivered in a .png image, or in another format chosen by the person buying, sent by Google drive, email or online chat.

Unless you explicitly talk to me about it, my art is for personal use only, that means, you can't resell it, use in merchandise or in any other ways to make money out of it.

I will speak with you about what I will and about what will i not draw, but usually, I wont draw anything with NSFW or hate content. That means, I'll not draw anything with sexual, gore, hate or sexist content.

Art pieces that are very complex, or art that have complex scenary in it, i may charge an extra price over it.

Scenary prices will be decided with the client, together with anything else that the client may want in the piece.

I only accept payment trough Pix (in Brazil) and in Paypal, by invoice (in General)

In payment, ill ask a 100% upfront, or 50/50, that would be half the money when i'm in the beginning of the production of the art, and the other half when i've finished it. Depends on the price and on the drawing

Refunds will only be accepted if the drawing is still in sketch, or if i had not startet to work on the piece yet, and I will refund only the money I recieved after the paypal fees were discounted over it.

The money i'll refund will be proportional of the progress i've already made trough the piece.

I will ask for up to 7 calendar days to complete the refund.

If the comission is in progress, i will need a reason to refund it.

I will always ask for aproval over the development of the piece, at every step of it. Then, no refunds will be made about "This art is not what i wanted".

Os prazos para eu terminar a arte serão discutidos com o cliente.

Eu vou mandar atualizações da arte periódicamente ao decorrer do tempo, mas o cliente pode sempre perguntar e pedir atualizações sobre o progresso de como está indo.

A arte será completamente digital, entregue em um arquivo .png, ou em um arquivo em um formato escolhido pelo cliente, enviado através do email, do Google drive ou de algum chat online.

A não ser que você explicitamente fale comigo a respeito disso, minha arte é somente para uso pessoal, ou seja, você não pode revender, usar em mercadorias, ou em qualquer outro jeito de ganhar dinheiro por cima dela.

Eu vou falar com você sobre o que eu vou e sobre o que eu não vou desenhar, mas normalmente, eu não desenho nada com conteúdo NSFW ou com conteúdo de ódio. Ou seja, não vou desenhar nada sexual, ou que contenha conteúdo violento, gore, sexista ou de propagação de ódio.

Desenhos que sejam extremamente complexos, ou cenários complexos, eu posso cobrar um preço extra sobre eles.

O preço de cenários serão decididos com o cliente, junto com qualquer outra coisa que o cliente possa querer na arte.

Eu só aceito pagamentos através do PIX (no Brasil) e através do Paypal, por invoice (No geral).

Eu trabalho com pagamentos adiantados em 100%, ou em 50/50, que seria metade ao começar e metade ao terminar a arte. Depende do desenho e do preço.

Reembolsos só serão aceitos se o desenho ainda estiver em esboço, ou se eu ainda não tiver começado a desenhar ele, e eu só irei reembolsar o valor que eu recebi, então, se for pelo Paypal, só irei reembolsar o valor que eu recebi depois que as taxas do banco foram descontadas sobre o valor total.

O dinheiro que eu reembolsar será proporcional ao progresso que eu já tiver feito na arte.

Eu irei pedir até 7 dias úteis para conseguir entregar o reembolso.

Se a comissão estiver em progresso, então eu vou precisar de um motivo para fazer o reembolso.

Eu sempre vou pedir a aprovação do cliente sobre a arte enquanto eu estiver a desenhando, em toda etapa de produção dela. Então, nenhum reembolso será entregue caso o motivo seja "Essa arte não foi o que eu queria"
